Eugene Khavinson graduated with an MS from Moscow University of Electronicks and Mathematics, and went on to receive his JD from Temple University Law School. Khavinson focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, real estate, and business transactions, and is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York.


Tatiana S. Aristova received her B.A. and M.A. degrees in Structural and Applied Linguistics from Moscow State University in Moscow, Russia and attended the international student Master of Arts program in Linguistics at Syracuse University, NY. Ms. Aristova received her J.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, where she was an editor of Temple Law Review.

A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Aristova concentrates her practice in the area of immigration law, and is admitted to practice in a number of district courts, supreme courts, and courts of appeal in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.


Michael N. Gould, Esq., is an attorney licensed to practice law before the Courts of New York since 1991. Mr. Gould is also admitted in the State of Connecticut since 1989 and both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York since 1991. Mr. Gould has been practicing law for over twenty-two years and his specialty is personal injury, no-fault litigation and real estate matters.


Thomas T. Kranidas received his B.A.  From State University of New York and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He also has a certificate in Mediation/Alternative Dispute Resolution. A former District Attorney in Kings County, New York, Kranidas has been practicing law since 1984. Kranidas is admitted to Practice in New York, Colorado, US District Court for the Districts of Southern New York, Eastern New York and Colorado as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.
